Harald Plöckinger completed his education at the Technical University in Graz (Mechanical Engineering) and started his career at the BMW Group in the engine development division. Between 1990 and 2004 he was an authorised officer, head of production, head of strategic planning and subsequently managing director of Bombardier-Rotax. Since 2004, Harald Plöckinger has been a member of the Executive Board at KTM Group and since 2007 at KTM AG as well. In 2018 he became a member of the supervisory board of KTM Industries AG.

After graduating from the Johannes Kepler University in Linz with a degree in Business Administration, he started his professional carrier at KPMG in the field of financial auditing and tax consultancy. In 2005, after completing his tax consultancy examinations and an MBA program at the University of Toronto, Viktor Sigl joined voestalpine AG to become head of Corporate Tax & Finance Advisory. Before joining the KTM AG, he was commercial director in the field of international industrial assembly.

After graduating from the Johannes Kepler University Linz (Business Administration), Hubert Trunkenpolz started his career at ISA Audivisual Communication Corp. as marketing manager and subsequently at TRUMAG as sales manager/managing director. He has been at CROSS Group (now KTM Industries group) since 1992 and a member of the Executive Board of KTM Motorrad AG since 2004. Hubert Trunkenpolz also became a member of the Executive Board of KTM AG in 2007. In 2018 he became a member of the supervisory board of KTM Industries AG.
Research and Development
After completing his training at HTL in Salzburg, specializing in mechanical engineering, he began his professional career in 1995 as a project manager at Palfinger AG in Salzburg. After moving to KTM Group, he worked from 1998 to 2009 as project manager, as head of the department for street motorcycles and then as development manager for the KTM vehicle. Since 2010, Philipp Habsburg has been the head of research and development, since 2011 additionally as managing director of KTM Technologies GmbH and since 2015 as authorized officer of KTM AG.
Production and Logistics
After completing his studies at the Montan University in Leoben, specializing in materials science, Walter Uitz began his professional career in 2002 at Miba Gleitlager Austria GmbH in the area of material development and subsequently as a business unit manager in the plain bearing production department. In 2008, Mr. Walter Uitz moved to the CROSS Investment Group (now KTM Industries Group) where he worked as plant manager of Wethje Carbon Composites GmbH. Since 2013, he has been working as head of production at KTM AG, since 2015 as authorized officer and since 2017 as managing director of KTM-Sportmotorcycle India Private Limited.
Global Sales, Customer Service Commercial Business Development, Promotions
After completing his IBWL studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Florian Kecht started his career in sales at KTM Sportmotorcycle AG. After several years of experience in international sales, he took over the management of customer service in 2011 and the responsibility for trade marketing in 2013. Florian Kecht has been an authorized officer of KTM AG since 2012 and, since 2014, managing director of KTM Sportmotorcycle GmbH.
